Shadow Point
Shadow Point is an interactive browser game and physics postcard inspired by elliptic curves, higher-dimensional arithmetic, and the search for hidden rational points. The player twists a central mathematical curve, lifts the system through abstract dimensions, builds resonance, and releases shadow-points back down into the visible plane.
About Shadow Point
The game is not a formal mathematical simulation. It is a playable metaphor for a real idea in modern number theory: when a rational point is difficult to find directly on a curve, it may become visible only by moving through related twists, families, cycles, height pairings, and higher-dimensional structures.
How To Play
Move the mouse to twist the curve. Hold the mouse button to lift through dimensions. When resonance is high, press Space to release a shadow point. Press R to reset the room.
FAQ
Is Shadow Point a math simulation?
No. Shadow Point is a mathematical art game and interactive metaphor, not a proof or numerical model.
What is a shadow point?
A shadow point is the visible trace of a higher-dimensional signal returning to the plane of play.
