Echo Path
The Concept: Echo Path is a spatial logic puzzle that requires foresight and planning. Your objective is simple: create a continuous line that visits every single square on the grid without crossing itself.
The challenge lies in the Echo Stones (blue circles). These special tiles act as deflectors. You can enter a stone from any direction, but you cannot pass straight through it. When leaving a stone, you must turn exactly 90 degrees (left or right).
Game Mechanics
-
Start: Begin drawing from the orange square.
-
Fill the Grid: You must visit every empty cell to win.
-
The Echo Rule: If your path enters a blue stone, it must exit at a right angle.
-
Obstacles: Gray squares are walls. You must navigate around them.
-
Undo: Made a mistake? Simply trace backward over your line to undo the last move.
Difficulty Levels
-
Easy (5×5): Fewer stones. Good for understanding the movement logic.
-
Medium (7×7): Standard difficulty. Requires planning your entry and exit angles for each stone.
-
Hard (9×9): High density of stones and obstacles. Success requires identifying “forced moves” early.
Strategy Tip Work backward from corners and dead ends. If a square has only one valid exit, draw that line first. Pay attention to Echo Stones near the edge of the board; often, they only have one valid turn direction, which dictates the rest of your path.
